You are invited to step back in time to join an older fashioned gathering at the Mercantile. Jo Morton, designer of small, antique looking quilts and needful things, has put together a six month club that gathers once a month to piece or appliqué a small project. Each month you will receive a pattern with complete instructions through quilting suggestions and binding. Fat quarters of Jo Morton fabrics are used for the blocks – scrappy is the theme! So, set aside two hours a month and travel back in time to when life was less hectic! If you would like to work on your project during class, bring your machine etc.
Beginner level
This class will meet on Tuesdays, September 16th, October 14th, November 11th, and December 9th, 2008. It runs from 6-8PM The cost is $15/mth. plus supplies.
